Landman Beatty Lawyers is happy to announce the hiring of a new Associate, Abigail J. Oliphant.

Abby graduated with distinction from Indiana University Bloomington Kelley School of Business in 2021. She received a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and Law Ethics and Decision-Making. She received her law degree, summa cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2024. During law school, Abby was a member of Moot Court Order of the Barristers and represented the McKinney School of Law at the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She was also an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review, and her student note was published in Volume 57 Issue No. 2 of the Indiana Law Review.

Abby is now practicing in various areas of law relevant to the multi-family housing industry including fair housing and employment, leasing issues, condemnation, real estate tax appeals, real estate related contracts, transactions and litigation. Abby is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the Northern and Southern Federal Districts of Indiana.
